Shout out to Claire at the Soho store who helped arrange an exchange and return of a blazer I had purchased online. I have never been to the store because I do not live locally but she still provided great customer service and followed up with phone call and text.

Gorgeous store, I thought it was all home & furniture at this location but they have a ton of clothes as well. I could spend hours in there!! Added bonus that the sales associates are also so nice and fun to be around
